What does it cost?
Time-based billing: Formstyle Design uses a single costing structure that applies to all clients. The design, layout and digital conversion processes outlined above are all calculated on an hourly rate of $120 plus gst.
Project-based billing: Although all projects are evaluated on the production time involved, larger projects often have repeating elements which often result in a lower page rate than a single form.
Alterations: There is no charge for minor alterations up to one month after project delivery. Requests for significant alterations may be charged at our normal production rate.
Estimates: A no-obligation estimate will be provided to clients for all potential projects.
How do I upgrade to digital forms?
Online forms are web-based forms accessed via a specific page on a website, requiring an active internet connection to complete and submit. These digital forms are commonly used for real-time data collection, although users typically do not receive a copy of their submitted responses.
Fillable PDF forms can also be completed online but function as standalone documents. These interactive PDF forms can be downloaded, shared, and saved locally, allowing users to retain a copy of their completed form for their records.
Hosted PDF forms utilise third-party platforms that provide secure online portals for completing PDF forms. Users can fill out the form, submit their data for processing, and often choose to receive a copy, while the information is securely delivered to the form owner.
